Are pets allowed in the apartments?
We have reserved a pet-friendly apartment on the main floor with yard access for people with small pets, such as dogs. All of our other apartments are allergy-friendly, therefore we only offer the "Fricken" apartment for people with pets; we apologize for the inconvenience. Because of the increased needs, the cleaning fee will be higher. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing pets.
Are there grocery stores nearby?
Yes, there is a LIDL supermarket kitty-corner from the apartments. More supermarkets and shopping options are located in the GEP mall, a 3 minute walk away. In addition, the Garmisch pedestrian zone is close by at the end of Olympiastraße.
Do the apartments have WiFi?
Yes, every guest will receive a password to connect to WiFi, at no additional cost and according to our terms of use.
Can I use Netflix with the TVs in the apartments?
Yes, all the TVs are smart TVs, connected to the internet. You can easily use the pre-installed Netflix app using your own account to watch movies and shows in UHD quality (depending on your plan).
Are the apartments wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, all apartments are wheelchair-accessible, including an elevator from the garage up to the apartments.
Is there parking available?
Our guests have the option to park use our attached underground parking. All apartments are wheelchair-accessible using the elevator. Please let us know beforehand if you need to reserve a spot in our underground garage.
How do I get there?
Garmisch-Partenkirchen is easily accessible by car or by public transit.
Arriving by bus or train:
- The Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station is a 3 minute walk away. When you leave the train station in the direction of the Zugspitzbahn, you just need to cross the St.-Martin-Straße by the LIDL supermarket. The entrance to the Gapartments is located on the left (Olympiastraße 22a).
Arriving by car:
- If you choose to arrive by car, take the Autobahn A95 from Munich. The apartments are located in the Garmisch town center at Olympiastraße 22a.
