Our conveniently located vacation home in the heart of Garmisch is located between the Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station and the Garmisch pedestrian zone. Despite its central location, we are located in a quiet neighborhood, so that our guests can enjoy a peaceful retreat.

Our vacation home, which opened in December 2018, offer a cozy and pleasant retreat both in winter- and in summertime, with a unique ambience suitable for families and friends travelling from near and far. Our guesthouse consists of five separate apartments, equipped with high-quality natural materials and textiles.

Our traditional yet modern apartments offer the perfect getaway in one of Bavaria's most beautiful vacation destinations. Our new build includes 5 different apartments for a total of 20 beds. Whether you are travelling alone, with a partner, with family, or with friends we can offer you a great place to stay. Depending on the size of your group we have apartments for 1-8 people available. All apartments are easily wheelchair-accessible by elevator. We also have an underground garage where guests have the option to reserve a parking spot.

Our best feature is our 110m² penthouse suite, which not only provides a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, but also an exceptionally cozy atmosphere accentuated by its spacious layout and unique design.

We chose the highest quality furnishings and appliances, such as granite, oak, and wrought iron, to best provide you with a restful and relaxing stay.
